We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, giving you up to 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address (in the United States) and detailed shipping instructions.

Please note:

You’ll be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (beauty or hygiene items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
